Nancy is an Executive Assistant at BAE Systems, providing executive support to the Electronic Combat Solutions business area. Her commitment to leadership, service, and supporting others extends well beyond her professional career.
During Ryan’s elementary and high school years, Nancy served as the Office Administrator for Presentation of Mary Academy. She was deeply involved in the school community, leading the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), coordinating fundraisers and school events, and supporting numerous committees. Her dedication and organizational skills made her a valued member of the school community and a trusted resource for families, faculty, and staff.
Nancy’s commitment to supporting young people continued through her leadership as one of the founding parent supporters of the AFJROTC program at Alvirne High School. She played an important role in fostering greater family involvement and strengthening connections between the school and community.
In honor of Ryan, Nancy and Don established the Capt. Ryan Phaneuf Memorial Fund to preserve his memory and recognize his service and sacrifice. Through the fund, they support New Hampshire high school graduates pursuing similar career paths by providing scholarships to help them achieve their educational goals.
Nancy holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Franklin Pierce University.
